  • Directing the implementation of a Fortune 500 company’s first learning management system and hosted content system.

  • Building a competency model for all roles in a 50-person professional practice.

  • Facilitating the creation of cutting-edge, comprehensive curriculum development guidelines, tools, and checklists.

  • Leading the curriculum development activities to support a new enterprise technology system for a workforce of 8,000 employees.

  • Facilitating development of line-on-loan employees as Master Trainers.
